The month of July marked the majority share acquisition of Summit-Plastic, LLC by Techno Rubber Industries with the objective of mutually growing and strengthening our positions in the North American market. From this union, we expect to achieve a strong and steady expansion and leadership positioning in the plastic extrusion industry with the goal of attending to diversified markets. This alliance promises to be at the vanguard of product development and attainment of exponential growth to meet the demands of the North American Industry.
